| Texas hold em poker |
|
Looking to get in on the high stakes world of Texas Hold Em Poker? It’s pretty easy to do. Most people probably think doing so is as far away from em as the nearest casino; but in fact they can just hold their breath and realize that the Texas Hold Em Poker casino is in their very house. The Texas brand of poker is close enough hat you can hold it, in the form of your computer.
But the big question is, how do you make a decent living from it? Lots of em out there have lost a great deal of money trying to answer that question for themselves. Texas games, though normally simple, hold a decent bit of challenge if you’re playing powerful players. So where does the novice start?
Probably the best place to play – and perhaps even the best place to stay – is at the sit and go table. Though you’re not likely to win much at first (Poker sit and go tables typically start at two dollars a pop; they don’t hold much for the seasoned players out there) at Texas Hold Em Poker if you play at a sit and go, you’ll gain the experience needed to climb the ladder and challenge more expensive tables.
And guess what? You can easily find more money at the sit and go table. The tables get progressively more and more rewarding the more money you’re willing to bet. So once you’re consistently winning at the two dollar tables, move up to five dollars. And ten. And twenty. It goes up to $1000 by the time all is said and done, and that’s a decent wad of money.
If you think you’ve got the skills then sign up for a sit and go tournament and deposit a bit of money into your Texas account. Though it doesn’t sound like much at first, once you gain enough experience and start winning consistently you’ll send the rest of em to the poor house. People make a living off their poker skills at sit and go tables, so you can too.
