Joker poker
Are you among the masses of card players who has gotten tired of the same old games of Texas Hold’Em and Seven Card Stud? Would you prefer to play something different for a change?

Well, today’s your lucky day. You should give Joker Poker a shot. And there’s no better place to try it than online. Just type Joker Poker into your browser and try out what you find.

Joker Poker plays similarly to other poker games, but with an added caveat: there are Joker cards added into the mix. Ever thought those grinning fellows to be somewhat useless additions to a deck of cards? Well now they’ve entered play, and do so as wild cards.

Betting is simple. Click the plus and minus buttons on the right side of your screen. You’ll consequently draw a certain number of coins from your stockpile to add to the pool. Your maximum bet is 5 coins, so you won’t run out if you lose in the very first round. If only real poker was as easy going as this joker variation.

Once you’re done betting, you’re dealt cards. As always pick which ones you want to keep and the rest will be replaced. You’ll then be dealt more cards. If your hand is a bust, then you lose your coins and that’s the end of things; but if you have a winning hand you’ll move on and win some coins.

But there’s more. Every gambler likes to up the ante every once and a while, even if that ante’s made of fictional money, and joker cards allow you to do that. Instead of just accepting the win you can opt to double.

Once you’ve clicked the appropriate button you’ll be dealt four poker cards face down. The dealer will get one face up card. It’s your duty to pick a card out of the four handed to you that’s higher than the dealer’s card. If you beat it you get double your winnings; if you tie you keep your winnings; and if your card is lower, that’s the end for you.
